Why couldn’t we keep the momentum going after the 2006 season?

oline was good not great.. defense lead league in turnovers so decent, did not get much presser on QBs though.. i agree we probably needed to be more active in  FA we continued too much on draft picks working out, also Palmer regressed after injury which made the team go down quicker.  Very similar to 2015 which was on target to have a solid run in playoffs till Dalton got hurt then bad drafts  years  and lack of FA signings to make a difference ended that run also.
