Commish suggests:
There will be no keepers this year.
There will not be more than 12 teams in the league
We're at 11 now. If 2 more show up, I'll give up my spot and just moderate.
We'll start a new "relegation" rule this year. If you're bottom 2; you're out. First 2 on the "wait list" take your spot.
You go back on the waitlist,
