I tried it for a few hours last year it wasnt bad.   and this update to 2.0 basically adds in a bunch of things they originally had to strip out. and is only for next gen consoles/pc

and the DLC is a big expansion.

If you still own the game wait for the update and maybe try it again.

id say its in a better state now than it was when it launched for Sure...  But PC was probly the best version at launch
