Need to retain Tee Higgins

They've invested a lot into WR, none have panned out yet.
They look a lot better when they have Kelce out there to be the focus.

Toney - former 1st rounder
Moore - 2nd rounder
Rice - 2nd rounder

MVS has just been meh in his career, but he was a 5th rounder so he's exceeded expectations in that regard.
He's what you would be ok with as your 3rd/4th option.

I don't necessarily think the Bengals have to retain Higgins, but the Chiefs showed what can happen when your proven receiving weapons are all out.

One thing though that might be a bigger impact than originally thought - Bienemy leaving for the Commanders.
He might have been a bigger reason for their success before and just not getting enough credit because Reid was the HC.
