The issues were a bit of everything, but execution was the main thing: Joe was off, WRs were off and the weather f'd things up as well (as they did for the Browns).

That, and totally guessing what Cleveland would do on defense due to no film on them under Schwartz. They guessed wrong and weren't able to adjust, imo.
