Bengals should be aggressive at the trade deadline and look for a guy like that.
Chase Young, Johnathan Allen, and Grady Jarrett all could be available come trade deadline.
They don't have the cap space to add those guys.
It comes down to trading draft picks that are cost controlled for veterans that get paid huge.
