How does that work? I don't think that person exists. What I would say, is they need full time officials, and officials should not get to referee games where the team playing is from the city the official lives in. Also, I think they need a review board that grades the games each week, not only to determine an official's accuracy with calls, but looking for favoritism. Because, gambling or not, we all know that exists.
