Sadly to be honest I think the coaches implement the "2nd half game plan" which never includes anything that worked in the first half and gets implemented regardless. Players probably don't understand and then get frustrated / less motivated once the "new POS game plan" on both sides of the ball doesn't work for shit and the other team catches up = a terrible and uninspired 3rd quarter every damn week. Screw these coaches.
