I disagree. I think Pollack is the problem. We need him gone and things may get better. I struggle to blame Zac or Burrow and even Mixon sometimes because they all need that OL to do their jobs better to be successful. I don't give a damn if your under center or in the shotgun - if they don't perform, everyone looks like shit. Now, since Pollack works for Zac and Callahan, we can lay the blame on the fact that they haven't fired his ass by now.
