As for who Bengals have as heir, I don't know any of the position coaches, honestly.
Probably Bettcher as some have said. He's done a pretty good job with the LBs, and he's been DC before with ARZ and NYG.

I could see him going to the Chargers (assuming Chargers decided to move on from Staly). It seems to me their issues are more on the defensive side than offense.
