Yup

The Bills stumbled out of the gate losing to Jets. But then took off like a rocket!  curb stomping 3 teams including the Dolphins. But since the Dolphins beat down they've struggled to maintain any kind of dominance, at all. Losing to Jags and Pats. And just skimming by the Giants and Bucs. They haven't looked much like a playoff team for 4 straight games, for the most part.
