Hue was a lousy GM, but the Raiders fired him to hire the worst HC of the past 20 years who completely undid the "not worth the price, but still productive" Palmer trade.  Again, I'm sure I'm just a Marvin-hater, but Hue, Zimmer, and even Gruden have shown similar success to Marvin (sort of) as HC's with less talent to prop them up.
