Tee Higgins, down the road in '24?

This is why I was hoping the Bengals would use a high-draft pick on a TE, so they would have that extra target, and large target, for Burrow should Higgins sign elsewhere. This was a TE-heavy draft and they walked away without one. I suppose they were looking but couldn't pass up who was available at their draft spots.
