All quotes come with a mark indicating a quote of an individual. Without that mark called quotation mark, it's just a statement without any indication that it actually was said by an individual. Much like the one you made about me agreeing with LSU when I never said I agreed with him. I corrected you, but didn't say you quoted me.... Because you didn't.
