The injury itself was healed but even the best surgery can’t stop arthritis from setting into a traumatized joint. He said he can’t lift his arm above the shoulder which sounds like he has again torn that rotator cuff, this time past the repair. I would hazard a guess that he is looking at a shoulder replacement in the not so distant future
