Loads here bash the heck out of Hue as it is ..... And Vance hasn't even been a coordinator.
The marvin hate around here has gone way overboard . Yes he makes mistakes and yes we lose games we should win. ... Somehow he seems to always win enough to qualify for the postseason. We will get over that hump. Unless of course we follow the tear the whole thing down approach some are advocating.
Marvin is one of the best coaches in the league. When you look at it from an honest lense that's the case.
If we promote Hue or Vance, I don't see that as a tear down approach. They would probably keep a lot of things the same. When Hue was coaching the Raiders and traded for Carson, Carson said that it didn't take long to learn the playbook because it was so similar to Cincy's.
You can always trust an dishonest man to be dishonest. Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to look out for.
