You have to have guys on smaller contracts (Draft Picks) etc to balance it all out

Agreed, it's about considering Tee's status with the team as a pragmatic. It's going to be hard to keep Burrow/Tee/Chase together. We're in the situation now where they tag Tee or don't get much value for him.
