If they would have hit on late round RB's (2 not just 1), RT, LG, CB, S DE, DT in the last couple drafts then they would have been primed and able to blow the CAP on a QB and 2 WR. Unfortunately they didn't and thus they need money and cap to be spread out.

With that said CB may be solved, but we can't go into next season expecting DJ to improve, that will be a gamble they can't take.
