For instance, Overthecap has the Bengals at around 68m in cap space, but only 54m in effective cap space.

Thanks, that's a great chart. Bengals appear to be in pretty good shape. Sucks to be a fan of the Saints, Dolphins or Browns by that Chart's metrics.
