I would go with RT being the pick. It’s a need for sure and there should be a good player available at 18.
Mims would be good but his injuries scare me (PTS from Ced Ogbuehi)
My guy at 18 right now would be Fuaga from Oregon State.

Whoever it is hopefully they will be able to develop him for once.
