Bengals have shown they can draft WRs pretty well, not so much OL/DT.
Use the $$ in FA to bring proven OL and DT, draft WR.

Also WR now is the easiest to replace and get bigger impact from in 2nd to 4th rounds especially with the college game moving more and more to passing and spreading it around.
