The Bengals saw it, too bad the rest of the division hasn't. Since '12, the Steelers are 3-7, the Browns 1-2, and the Ravens are 7-6(though this includes their '12 SB run). In the last decade, the Ravens are 3-6 and the Steelers and Browns numbers remain unchanged.
With the amount of folks wanting to return to traditional AFCN style football, I would think that Marvin would have had a much longer leash. After all, that style is great for going one and done.
