How does probable Tee tag change our draft thinking

I've always said that since we drafted Burrow, we need to be drafting 1 high ceiling WR in the 3-4th rounds every year.

I would be pretty pissed if we drafted a WR in round 1 this year unless one of top tier guys (Odunze or Nabors somehow fell)
