I'm not dogging Murphy necessarily, just saying that 6'0" is not actually ideal.
The preferred height and size of 3T is 6'2"-6'4", 300-310 lbs.

I always remembered the other DL towering over him in practice. The low man wins is all I know. Height can hurt or help depending on the 
players balance and anchor.
