Stuff is nasty! Even in my younger, everyday-drinking years I couldn't stand that stuff. Too thick and too heavy of an aftertaste for my liking! I can't even cook with it, I've seen kraut & kielbasa recipes calling for it and the best I'll do is a bottle of Yeungling. Same with my fish beer batters. Those milk stouts sure ain't for just anyone!
