I believe Tee is similar in talent level, and the real difference between Tee and Evans is in health. Evans has only missed 9 games in his 10 year career. Tee has missed that many or more in his 4 years.
As long as Chase is here, Tee will always be considered Wr2. So are the Bengals holding him back from proving he can be a team's #1?
