That's assuming someone offers a 1st rounder for Tee. If they have that offer and refuse it to keep him one more year without an extension then the FO are a bunch of fools.
Id give Tee up for a 2nd and a 3rd round pick if the only other alternative is one year and hes off somewhere else.
