Singletary would fit perfectly in a Bengals RBBC. He's down on the list of "wants" for most teams so they should be able to get him for no more than 4M a year as long as no one else does something stupid. Also have to consider that Houston has a shit-ton of money to spend, so they could already be working on re-signing him.
