Outside chance… if the bengals have got offers for tee Higgins, maybe they go try and secure a Calvin Ridley or marquise brown on an 2-3 year deal and then flip Higgins.

if it is Armstead, should be a 1 year prove it deal.. over 30 and been injured.. red flags
