Is Rankins, Tart, BJ Hill, plus a decently high draft pick (this years room)

a stronger rotation than

Reader, BJ Hill, Josh Tupuo, and Zach Carter (last years room) 

I'd be willing to bet it's close. The rotation at DT (Hill, Rankins) is def stronger.
