FWIW - Mel Kiper just Mocked Xavier Legette to the Lions in round 1 at pick #29.

Late first or early 2nd round appears to be the expectations for him right now, meaning he may not even get to Bengals pick #49.

Kiper says Legette is drawing size & speed Comps to AJ Brown (who was a 2nd round pick #51) 

Legette also returned kicks making him someone that could be used under the New Kick Off Return rules with his 4.39 speed & size.
