Oe more thing, different injuries cause a person to work harder on specific muscle groups. I remember when I tore my ACL, MCL and both meniscus, as part of my rehab everything I did for my injured left knee, I did for my right knee. I have a hunch Joe is the type of person and will build muscle mass in his wrists and other body parts as a part of his rehab.
