When someone says, development or project, to me that says, coaches pretty much need to break a player completely down. Like starting over from scratch with a certain player and that would take 2 to 3yrs. I don't see this in Mims. Of course he will get coached up, but its the finer nuances that reps will help more than anything. It will help him a lot with Trent Brown in his ear helping him also.
