yes, and USA Today gave a B- and CBS gave a B-. The pick was the first one panned, after 17 picks, on ABC during the draft. But if Mims had played a full season, with the proficiency he showed in the 8 he did start, then any team selecting him would have been getting an A. We'll have to revisit the grading in two years.
