Nugent is the only Bengal the past 25 years who was actually extended by the Bengals after being franchise tagged.
Bengals actually getting an extension on an offensive/defensive player, especially one who is expecting such a high multi-year deal, is very low chance to happen, IMO.
EDIT - Apparently Rudi was too, but that was just before I started watching NFL and wasn't on the list of FT players in Bengals history that I had looked at.

Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
