As long as they can have an effective practice, it seems smart to prepare the team in the same conditions that the game will played in. To me, it only makes sense to move inside when the conditions are too extreme to stay focused and productive, which varies from year-to-year of course. Toughen up and stay tough! They have the rest of February/March to laze by the fireplace.
