When you have a job that allows you to do everythng you enjoy doing exactly the way you enjoy it being done and the people around you also share in that vision. Why would you want to leave for a title? Isn't his dad a scout for us as well? I mean how cool is that .... He works with his dad in a job he loves with an insane amount of stability.
