Okay now they know. This was what the Chase negotiations were waiting for. The main question is whether they have enough stacked cash to do such a big guarantee and if they don't will Chase agree to what Burrow agreed to (breaking the guarantee into pieces so the team could comply with thew NFL funding rule).
