The guy is funny, but no way you can take this seriously. The mafia doesn't have much juice in the United States anymore.
BTW when Charles Lindbergh's baby was kidnapped Al Capone promised he would find the guy if they let him out of prison for two weeks. The government did not take him up on the offer.
