I just don;t see any relationship with HOF inductees getting it do to the success of a team after that player has played.. What is a greater impact is how the team does during the careers of the team or teams they played with during their career.

All due respect to Bengals past players but I only see two former Bengal players that for sure should be in HOF and that is both Andersons (Ken and Willie), and even with the success the bengals have had last few years, neither are still in... and with the idea of playing for a big market team help getting you in... how is Dillion not in, he ended his career with a SB ring and a great season with New England, you would think that would have put him in with the NE SB ring on his side, yet he is not.
