New locker room too

- Acoustics of the stadium
- View from the stadium (if outdoors)
- Audio/video quality
- Quality, access, availability, and cleanliness of the restrooms
- Same as above but for concessions, gift shop(s)
- Indoor or outdoor
- Seat quality and comfort
- View from all the seats
- Proximity to other things around the city
- Parking
- Quality of wifi for those who are checking things like fantasy football
- Other amenity options that are included. If additional, how much more?

And another that isn't exactly part of the stadium but arguably a big part of the experience - quality/capacity of the tailgating surrounding the stadium before/during the game.
