Basically everyone gets $100 budget for the season. Then let's say me and you want the top waiver guy of the week, I bid $20 and you bid $21 you'd get the guy, if we bid the same it reverts back to waiver order.

Also it's blind bidding, so you can't see what others bid until waivers process. So no back and forth, you bid what your willing to bid and hope it's enough 

You can also still bid 0 and if nobody else bids you get the guy. Which you'd have to bid 0 if you blow your budget early.

Also I can make any night work for the draft.
