Sample is our version of them, IE: he will be around for 7-11 years or so, is a great blocker and reliable enough as a pass catcher, with around 100 yards a year and a TD.
He's not as tall and big as Carswell, but the point stands
When Sample is at H-back the QB is usually untouched because he is so good at picking up the blitz or rubbing pass rushers.
Drew Sample isn't getting cut. I actually am understanding Casear's thoughts on Hudson more and more even if I really like the guy going
against Zone, he isn't a good blocker and both All and McLachlan look like better all around TE's and are younger.
