Those two (Katie & Duke) may craft the deals, but you can bet MFB gives the major decisions (like Burrow's/Chase's contracts) the thumbs up or thumbs down. MFB doesn't need to do all the work anymore but the buck stops with him and always has.

Furthermore, Chad hasn't been on the team in 15 years, but you think he knows what's going on in the front office?
Even if he has the final say, you think he's going to say no?
He was against a practice bubble for decades but you think he suddenly came up with the idea that it was a good idea?
He may still be the GM in name but I'm pretty sure he's a puppet at this point.
