The colts were playing their starters the whole first half against our 3's and 4's, and if I remember right (because I fell asleep) the game was tied 7-7 at the half. And people are on here declaring the Bengals a disaster and a 9-win team. I mean, did I miss something, is there a prize for the most ridiculous post during the game thread?
Offensively Joe looks really good and Zac is very happy. Burton is a bright spot. They need to figure his role. Isovias looks improved and ready to contribute. Gesicki may start slow but you see his impact in the Redzone. I didn’t get a feel for the run game but our OL size has to matter. So I think they wanted more explosiveness in the offense and I think they have. Tee looks locked and loaded.
Defensively Dax looks to have emerged and if he can play well he’s athletic as heck. The safeties we’ve heard are playing great. I don’t have much of a feel for the defense yet. I thought the preseason showed little.
Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.
