No way anyone can play 20-21 games (21-22 when we inevitably go to 18 game regular seasons) in a season two ways in the NFL, let alone with two running-heavy positions. Michigan played the most games in college last year at 15 with a conference championship, semi-finals, and finals. Colorado played just 12 games last year.
The other problem is there's so many injuries in the NFL that if you get one (from say if you're a NE CB having to tackle a 240lb Josh Allen) you're now losing TWO starters instead of just one. Or if your the Steelers defense, one penalty flag against their WR removes both their top-5 pick WR and their top-5 pick CB.
