I'm not sure if you will find Bengals fans here with tickets to the game at Carolina to sell.  I'd think most Bengals fans with tickets to that away game bought them specifically to go to the game as a mini vacation and not for resale.  Maybe someone that did so would have some last minute change of plans though.

You may think about asking on a Panthers message board if you have not already and not mentioning you are a Bengals fan.  Maybe make a user name like SouthernPanther

Or try SeatGeek.  A quick check looks like they have some fairly affordable tickets for that game if you are okay with being in the upper level.  Good luck in your search and I hope you can land some tickets for you and your kids.
