Well, I tried to post a clip of the replay..
Okay, look at the very video you just linked.
At 0:11 in that video, he hits the ground and the ball goes from being tucked in at his side to shooting down to his groin. So it's moving and not secured. Then at 0:13 you can see his hand is not under the ball when he rolls over top of it and the ball is on the ground and you can see it roll about 45 degrees on the ground (you can tell from the laces moving around) before he re-secures it. That's an incompletion.
