Nah, I haven't seen too many do that. I said it was obvious that he didn't maintain control "throughout the catch" but acknowledged it's quite possible that the play could have been considered dead once Mike was downed in the End Zone with possession. Most plays I see with "control throughout the catch" is the player catching in bounds and then falls/pushed out of bounds without being downed by an opponent in bounds.
But there is quite a concerted effort to say Laps/Sirius staff were lied to/made it up that the NFL admitted an officiating error and then dust off their online NFL referee degree to explain why.
Did they call? I have no idea and I don't care. I don have issue with folks saying G "dropped the pass". Those folks may be taking "crazy pills" because it wasn't a dropped pass. and wasn't recognized as such.
As I said IDK why folks are so adamant he dropped it.
