This is a systemic issue. It can’t be isolated to any one player, move, or decision.

If reader were here, the results wouldn’t be that much, if any, different. You’d still have a bad Hubbard, no DE depth, and injured/below average DTs. Reader doesn’t fix the tackling issues (which we have not gotten to).
